WHAT TO EXPECT
Your esthetician will ensure that your preservice waiver is completed, and you will be provided an intake form. The purpose is to disclose skin conditions, topical products, medical conditions, etc.
Before starting your service, your esthetician will pre-cleanse and examine the service area (e.g. the face if a facial). This is to determine if the area is safe to service and plan out treatment accordingly.
After your service is completed, you will have time to stretch, use the restroom, etc. You will be checked out, offered any recommended/ available retail, and have the option to book your next appointment. We offer touchless paying options.
If you present a gift card, you will have the option to redeem it at the end of your service.

CANCELLATION POLICY
We deeply appreciate your time and loyalty as our valued customer. In return, we kindly request that you also consider our time and expertise. To ensure a seamless experience during your service, we meticulously prepare our Treatment Room in advance. We understand that circumstances may arise, and if you need to cancel your appoint If you do cancel within the 24-hour window, we regret to inform you that your deposit will be forfeited.
We would like to emphasize that a "no call, no show" is completely unacceptable, and we have a strict policy in place to address this. In such cases, you will be blocked from booking future appointments. Additionally, your deposit will also be forfeited. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in adhering to our cancellation policy.
LATE POLICY
Please ensure to arrive 10 minutes early. Service will be cancelled if over 20 minutes late from scheduled time.
